He is survived by: his wife Julienne Slager of Cambria; his daughter Mary Medina (Matt Wilson) of Cambria; his granddaughter Emily Medina of Cambria; his sister Marilyn Rhodes (Robert) of Beaver Dam; and his siblings-in-law, Linda VanderGalien (Wayne) of Randolph and Jim Daye of Cambria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
