He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Weber (Folgert). He is survived by: his father Robert D. Weber of Algoma; his siblings, Robert J. Weber (Theresa) of Algoma and Jean Read (Tom) of Arizona; his wife Cindy Weber; and his children, Nathan Weber (Michelle), Jennifer Johncox (James) and Alexandra Neujahr (Jarrod). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dan's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, St. Joseph Catholic Church or to the Fort Atkinson Lions Club.
