He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Bender and Leona Bender (Steifner). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Glaeser (Lac); his sons, Jon Bender (Corey) and Jim Bender (Abby); his grandchildren, Devin, Tyler, Dalton and Hugo; his sister Roxene Richter (Terry); and his aunts, Lois Miller (Bob), Betty Laper and Mildred Roder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
