He was predeceased by: his son Eugene Groothuis. He is survived by: his spouse Carmen (Brusewitz); his daughters, Linda Groothuis, Tami Grant (Kevin) and Wendy Galvan; and his grandchildren, Eugene Galvan (Nicole) and Taylor Grant. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
