He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sandra Beecher; and his cousins, Anthony Zabler and Michael Tambornino. He is survived by: his parent Linda Feely; his siblings, Amanda Lee, Breana Feely and Jacob Gjerswald (Cassie); his nieces and nephews, Lydia Mines, Skylar Gjerswald, Alex Meddy, Joshua Peronto and Ryder Gjerswald; his grandfather Leslie Beecher; and his aunts, Gail Mai (Kha Viet), JoAnn Therkelsen (Jason), Judi Williams (Duane) and Carrie Schleicher (James).

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family in Patrick's memory would be appreciated.
