He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Slama; his sons, Randy and Gary; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Agnes Slama; his son-in-law Jordan Anderson; and his siblings-in-law, David Nelson, Le Roy Mattson, Vernon Slama, Bill Belling, Marion Slama and Irene Belling.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Slama (Yin Chiao) and Ronald Klinski (Sharon); his daughters-in-law, Debby Klinski, Grace Anderson and Nancy Rieck (Tim); his sisters, Sally Nelson, Margie Rud (LeRoy) and Marlene Mattson; and his sister-in-law Rosemary Rosenthal (Dick). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
