She was predeceased by: her husband Harold; and her great grandchild Ava. She is survived by: her children, Lawrence (Linda), Kimberly Waak (Steven), Jon Scott (Karen) and Kelley Wilburn; and her sister-in-law Janet. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Ronald McDonald House would be appreciated.
