He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine and Reuben; and his brother Pete. He is survived by: his children, Erin Vrchota (Paul) and Matthew Kotajarvi (Megan); his grandchildren, David Swette (Tiffani), Alex Swette (Summer) and Marissa Hansen (Sean); his great grandchildren, Wilson, Nickolas, Miliana and Nathan; and his niece Tonya Kotajarvi-Edwards. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
