She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Schroeder and Edna Schroeder (Meyer); her husband Arnold; her son Gene; her siblings, Evelyn, Kenneth and Reuben Schroeder; and her in-laws, Judy Schroeder, Harold, Judy Kruckow, Maxine Kruckow, Lavern Kruckow, Mildred, Stanley Moen, Violet, Lloyd Gaustad and LuVerne Wiebke.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Kruckow (Vicki), Gary Kruckow (Shirley) and Nancy Welscher (Joe); her grandchildren, Alisha Eiken (Patrick), Amy Heaney (Jared), Kari Bergin (Conor), Kevin Kruckow (Nicole), Jenny Kruckow (Andrew Wilson), Kelly Kruckow (Jeremy Frey), Michael Kruckow, Ashley Kruckow, Julie Porter (Wes), Kyle Welscher (Kayla) and Brian Welscher (Jolene); her brother John Schroeder; and her in-laws, Kathy Schroeder, Marlin Kruckow, Lyle Kruckow (Mavis) and Wilma Wiebke. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church or School.
