Dorothy A. Schulze Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Schulze of Caledonia, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Einar Nielsen and Clara Nielsen (Ballard); her husband Leland F. Schulze; her daughters, Mary and Susan; her children-in-law, Lyle Houdek and Paula Schulze; her brother Clarence "Speed" Nielsen; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Herlad, Elaine Wilhelm, Rita Schulze, Paul Wilhelm, Garland Schulze and Gene Schulze.
She is survived by: her children, Michael of Spring Grove, Allen (Donna) of Caledonia and Debra Houdek (Dean "Beanzy" Schellhammer) of Caledonia; her grandchildren, Brent Schulze (Melissa), Brad Schulze (Kim), Mark Houdek and Megan Kurkowski (JonPaul); her great grandchildren, Kira, Ashlyn, Blake, Chloe and Paxton; and her sister-in-law Joanne Schulze. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Caledonia Library, or a charity of the donor's choice.
