He was predeceased by: his wife Loraine Katzbahn (Katzbahn); his parents, Joseph Sedlacek and Lottie Sedlacek (Goodman); and his siblings, Robert, Peter, Joseph, Jr., Jerome, Lewis, Charlotte Manhoff, Margaret Mary and Irene Marks.
He is survived by: his children, Ellen Janecke, Paula Sedlacek, Michael Sedlacek (Jeanne), Karen Harings (Jeffrey), Rita Erickson (Rick) and Luann Williams; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Katzbahn. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
The family request donations be made to McDonell Central High School or a charity of donor's choice in honor of his name.
