He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Kyes and Drusillla Kyes (Dugal); his sister Marlene (Gustafson); and his brother-in-law John Gustafson. He is survived by: his wife Grace Ellen Mahr; his children, Bruce Kyes (Marcia), Brenda LaMarche (William), Karen Eslinger (Doug), Mark Kyes (Shay), Jean Seeley (Todd), Brian Kyes (Danielle) and Stacy Sazama (Steve); his brothers, Frank Kyes (Nancy) and Charles Kyes; and his grandchildren, Kristopher, Hannah, Sarah, Michael, Alexandria, Kyle, Heather, Mallory, Zachary, Jacob, Madeline, Amanda, Joshua, Andrew, Benjamin, Elizabeth, David, Adam and Isaiah. He is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
