She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Zaruba and Josephine Zaruba (Koehler); her husband Edwin Stanek; her siblings, Betty Pelton, Lois Zaruba, LaVerne Zaruba (Ardis) and Kenneth Zaruba; and her brother-in-law Russ Falkenberg.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Anderson (Terry) of New London, WI., Shirley Finke (Ronald) of Jim Falls, WI., Deborah Bodoh (Tom) of Brandon, SD., Patrice Stanek of Bloomington, MN., Gerald Stanek of Elk River, MN. and Steven Shimek of Greenleaf, WI.; her siblings, Allen Zaruba (Bonnie) and Arlene Falkenberg; and her sisters-in-law, Vickie Stanek, Judy Zaruba and Marcella Ergen (Lowell). She is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
