It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Estella C. (Dugal) Kaiser (Cadott, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ruff and Gertrude Ruff (Bieter). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; a sister.
