She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Langel and Martha Langel (Roth); her siblings, Dorothy Lancor, Ruth Beyers, Robert Langel (Lorena), Emil Langel, Jr. (Lorraine) and Sharon Roberg; her grandchildren, Rick John Vajgrt and Dana Vajgrt; and her nieces and nephews, Andy Langel, Amy Langel and Aron Langel.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey M. Phelps; her children, Donald Phelps, Nancy Phelps, Annette Miller (Eugene), Harvey Phelps (late Karen Granquist), Julia Burzynski (Raymond), Jean Phelps, Phillip Phelps (Julia Crossett) and Kevin Phelps; and her siblings, Sandy Hafer, Larry Langel, Sonja Kane, David Langel (Dorothy), Charles Langel and Arthur Langel (Wanda). She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren; many Great Grandchildren.
