She is survived by: her husband Dean of Cadott, WI; her daughters, Dana Baures of Eau Claire, WI and Dawn Curtis of Mondovi, WI; her stepdaughters, Lana Modl (Lance) of Cadott, WI and Lindsey Klade (Scott) of Irma, WI; her grandchildren, Ahna, Hunter, Brianna, Alexa, Avah, Emma, Olivia, Cody and Colton; and her siblings, Brian Gwiazda (Bonnie) of Navarre, FL and Lorie Gwiazda (Mike Laird) of Holcombe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
