He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Hladilek; and his children, Terry Hladilek, Sr. (Kelly) of Chippewa Falls, Troy Hladilek (Patty) of Bloomer, Thomas Hladilek (Ramana) of Chippewa Falls, Anthony Hladilek (Kristina) of Cadott and Tina Duvall (Randy) of Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
