He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Shirley Smith (Blakley). He is survived by: his wife Amy Beard; his son Robert of Butternut Hannah; his siblings, Lindy Smith of Three Lakes and Thomas Smith of Butternut; and his parents-in-law, Kathy Beard of Park Falls and Nick Shown of Park Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
