Thomas W. Johnson Obituary

Thomas William Johnson of Butternut passed away on June 29th, 2023. He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam and worked in Communications during his time in the Navy. After his service, he worked at the Park Falls Post Office where he loved his job and all the customers he served.

Thomas was a loving father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family. He especially loved doing fun and exciting things with his grandson, Jeffrey. They would drive to Ladysmith to watch trains, which they both loved.

Thomas is survived by his three children William Johnson (and Quinie), Donna Hess (and Brian Hess), Matthew Johnson; and five grandchildren: Zachary Johnson, Kaitlyn Johnson, Daniel Flenz, Brittany, and Jeffrey Hess.

Thomas did not want a funeral, but there will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
