He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Goethlich and Jarmela Goethlich (Machovec); and his siblings, Cynthia Goethlich and Kevin Goethlich. He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Lewis; his wife Sandy of Butternut; his son Cole Goethlich (Chrystle) of Butternut; his grandsons, Carter and Cameron; his siblings, Clyde Goethlich (Jesse) of Butternut and Pamela Frydrych (Todd) of Butternut Hollis; his sister-in-law Nancy Goethlich of Butternut; and his close friend Grace. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
