Mark J. Detrie Obituary

Of Butler Mark passed away peacefully at home on April 19, 2023 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Jean (nee Gilles) for 46 years. He is survived by his siblings Michael Detrie and Laura Spear; his uncle Glenn Detrie; his aunt Jeanette Teske; and many nieces and nephews. Further survived by other family and friends.

Mark was an avid beekeeper, winemaker, fisherman, gardener, and trap shooter. He enjoyed making homemade honey root beer, mead, and wine. He also loved classic cars and Harleys.

He lived a full life and will be missed deeply by his loved ones.

Visitation will be held at St. Anthony the Hermit Catholic Church (N74W13604 Appleton Ave. Menomonee Falls) on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Anthony's Catholic Church, the American Diabetes Association, or a charity of your choice are appreciated.
