He was predeceased by: his grandson Joseph Bischoff; and his siblings, Dick Gilbertson, Marlene Engert and Sharon Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Doreen; his children, Phyllis Kirchner-Reiss (Steve Reiss), Jeanette Dahl (Scott), Denise Mecha (Jamie Pecor), Nadine Denk (Jim), John Gilbertson (Jenny) and Raymond Gilbertson (Toni); and his brothers, Chuck Skinner (Shirley) and Sheldon Gilbertson (Laverne). He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Agnes Parish, or the St. Agnes Food Pantry.
