She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas H. Kavanaugh Sr.; her children, Thomas H. Kavanaugh Jr. and Theresa Saadeh; her grandsons, Aiden Charles Rickgauer and Nicholas Joseph Kavanaugh; and her parents, Louis Setter and Loretta Mae Setter.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald Kavanaugh, Mary Kavanaugh, Jeffry Kavanaugh, Maureen Rickgauer (Kelly), Joseph Kavanaugh and Laura Polacheck (Matt). She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
