She was predeceased by: her parents, George Secoy and Josephine Secoy (Grey); her parents-in-law, Theodore and Elizabeth Frank (Milton); her grandson Richard Jr.; her sons-in-law, Richard Moritz and Eugene Miller; and her siblings, Edith Schlieter (Willard), Pearl Lowe (Sarge), Rose Sturm (Hugh Sr.) and George Secoy Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Milton W. Frank; her children, Carrie Moritz of Burnett, James Frank (Lyn) of Boscobel, WI and Betty Koch-Miller of Randolph; her grandchildren, Tami Binder (Keith), Ted Frank, Craig Frank (Meg), Dustin Frank (Lexia), Keaton Koch and Secoy Koch-Miller; her great grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany, Haley, Johnathan, Brian, Hannah, Tavish, Pierson, Savoya, Kalub, Gillian and Serenity; her great great grandchild Brantley; and her nieces and nephews, Nina Braun (Dennis), Neada Welsch (Terry), Neal Frank and Willard Schlieter Jr. Lillie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
