He is survived by: his girlfriend Gwen Vander Galien of Burnett; his stepson Randal Pieper of Burnett; his stepson-in-law Fred Piehl; his stepgrandchildren, Cheryl Siewert (Bruce), Heather Witte (Jake), Brian Pieper (Theresa) and Joshua Pieper; his brothers, Gordan Buchholz (Pat) of Mayville and Alvin Buchholz of Burnett; his siblings-in-law, Brian Maus and Pauline Buchholz; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
