He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Pieper and Leona Pieper (Woock); his son Craig; and his brother-in-law Virgil Binder. He is survived by: his wife Ruth A. Binder; his children, Cynthia Pieper and Clint Pieper (Trisha); his grandchildren, Caitlin and Cody Pieper; his siblings, Merlin Pieper and Janice Pieper; his niece Patricia (Andy); and his nephew Robert (Nan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
