He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Klein and Bernice Klein; his wife Karen; his sister Sue Hammett (Butch); and his sister-in-law Sue Klein.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Klein (Rachel), Chuck Klein (Sandy), Julie Baumeister (Robert) and Jodi Palmer (Dick); his grandchildren, Robert Baumeister Jr. (Traci Haney), Bailey Baumeister, Madeline "Maddie" Baumeister and Collin Klein; and his brother Phillip Klein (Lynn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the family to be divided up between Wayne's favorite military charities.
