We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2024, at the age of 64, Thomas Mack of Burlington, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mack and Valora Mack (Bellis); and his brother Michael R. Mack (Sharon). He is survived by: his daughter Hayley Gibbon (Brian); his granddaughter Grace Gibbon; his son Michael T. Mack (Abigail); his granddaughters, Sutton and Olivia Mack; his sister Michele Vander Heyden (David); and his sister-in-law Sharon Mack (Michael R.). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
