He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Belle and Mary Belle (Orrico); and his daughter Angela Finnigan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Belle; his son Anthony Belle; his grandson Anthony Nicholas; and his brother-in-law John Hughes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
