He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hulse and Anna Hulse; and his wife Donna Steffen. He is survived by: his children, Dale Hulse (Debbie), Randall Hulse (Theone Andrew) and Scott Hulse (Joy); and his granddaughter Emily Hulse.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home (625 Browns Lake Dr, Burlington, WI 53105). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Burlington Cemetery (701 Browns Lake Dr, Burlington, WI 53105).
