He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Duerr and Helen Duerr Sr.; his wife Delores Zagrodnik; and his siblings, Jim and Delores.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Schmaling (Bob), Gail Ritchie (Keith), Denise Brandes (Chris) and Leslie Gonzalez (Sergio); his grandchildren, Sarah Ralph (Keith), Brian, Joe (Carli), Abbey, Sean, Raini Helm (Blake), Rachel Cook (Jeremy), Adam, Marcus, Sophia (Braden) and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Fielder, Kainen Ralph, Averie, Elli, Case Schmaling, Levin Helm, Raelyn and Paxton Delgado.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church or Special Olympics.
