With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A Kuzniar of Burlington, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 23, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Chelcun and Dolores Chelcun (Burger); and her brother Glen Chelcun. She is survived by: her husband Mike Kuzniar; her son Jeff Kuzniar (Julia Sandberg) of Wisconsin Dells, WI; her granddaughter Ana Kuzniar; her brother Darrell Chelcun; and her in-laws, Marilyn Fryk (Jack), Chris Kuzniar (Geri), Ben Kuzniar (Joan) and Julie Chelcun. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to the Oak Park Place Memory Care staff in Burlington, WI and to the St Croix Hospice team for taking excellent care of Patti during her journey with Alzheimer's disease.
