He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Frank and Elizabeth Frank; his former wife Sandra J. Blohm; his wife Sherry Ivkovich; his son Russell Frank; and his brother-in-law Dennis Larson.
He is survived by: his children, Alyce Schmidt (Stephen), Anthony Schmidt (Kim), Rick Broadway (Christen), Brent Frank and Brandon Frank; his grandchildren, Taylor, Aaliyah, Jessica, Ryan (Ashley), Christian and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Oliver Charles and Finley; his sisters, Betty Kelling and Marge Larson; his niece Barbara Babe (Ansley); his nephew Jonathan Larson (Connie); and his godchildren, Ella, Rose, Jim, Brenda, Glenda, Troy, Babe, Faline, Robbie, Jackie and Jodie.
The family is requiring all attendees to wear masks at the visitation and service.
In honor of Otto, the family has suggested Memorials be made to Western Racine County.
