He is survived by: his siblings, Mike, Ann, Tim and Peggy McCormack; his nieces, Angela Sampson (Dennis), Katie Jankowski (Donnie) and Becky Mattox (Sam); his nephew Michael McCormack (Emily); his great-niece Caitlin Stokes (Corey); his great-nephews, Ben and Will Sampson; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Tavish McCormack, Theo, Josh Jankowski, Lucas Mattox and Jordy Stokes.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Friary Chapel (2281 Browns Lake Dr, Burlington, WI 53105). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
