She is survived by: her children, Matt Cholewinski (Jennifer CaraJohn), Dawn Klen (Steven), Anthony Puglisi (Emily Johnson) and Anna Stueber (Mark); her grandchildren, Alyson, Ethan Cholewinski, Tyler, Tricia Klen, Hailee, Anthony Jr. Puglisi and Levi Stueber; and her brother Tim McGrath (Margie).
