She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred and Frank; her husband Dale; her brothers, Ernest and Frank; and her granddaughter Ashlee Lynn Wolf.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin, Kim, Kelly (Mike), Keri (Doug) and Kristie (Bouie); and her grandchildren, Kayla, Kara, Kelsey, Brian, Joe, Jason, Melissa, Keith, Nicole, Ryan, Derek, Kodi and Samantha. She is also survived by her 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Millie's honor to be made to Aurora Hospice of Burlington, WI.
