She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wienke and Evelyn Wienke; her daughter Beth; her husband Paul Phetteplace; her son Mark Phetteplace; and her granddaughter Stephanie Ignasiak.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Schumacher (Patrick), Ken Phetteplace (Beth), Joy Ignasiak (Steven), Patricia Pfitzenmeier (John) and Michael Phetteplace (Julie); and her sister Barb Moss (Leo). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
