He is survived by: his wife Beverly Buchholz; his children, Kevin Mullikin (Lana), Shelly Mullikin, Tyler Mullikin (Melissa) and Peggy Mullikin; his grandchildren, Branndyn Mullikin (Kim), Megan Kusek (Matt), Corbyn Mullikin (Amanda), Logan Mullikin and Eloise Mullikin; his great grandchildren, Addilyn Mullikin, Haylee Mullikin, Ayce Mullikin and Abilene Kusek; and his siblings, Eugene Mullikin of New Richmond, William Mullikin (Julie) of Burlington and Bonnie Lynott (Edward) of Dixon, IL..
