She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger and Frances; her son-in-law Mark Sarver; and her brothers, John and Robert Keck.
She is survived by: her former husband Warren A. Nicholas III; her husband Jeff; her children, Carrie A. Nicholas-Sarver of Gurnee, IL and Warren A. "Nick" IV Nicholas (Debra Bernard) of Libertyville, IL; her grandchildren, Drew Sarver (Lindsey), Patrick Bernard (Holly), Kathryn Bernard and Matthew Bernard (Megan); her great grandchildren, Dawson Rae Sarver, Ruby, Hazel, Matilda and Noah Bernard; and her brother Bill Keck (Barb) of Des Moines, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
