He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robers and Phyllis Robers (Johnson) of Burlington, Wisconsin.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Robers (Amann); his children, Corin Robers of Dixon, IL and John; his daughter-in-law Jenelle Robers (Turner); his grandchildren, NiaMae and Turner Robers of Sycamore, IL.; his daughters, Gena Quaid (Dave) of Lyons, WI, Geri Henningfield (Dave) of Burlington, WI, Gayle Hoege (Rick) of Portage, WI and Glenda Potter of Lyons, WI.; and his siblings, Shirley Mason (Harry) of Stevens Point, WI, Peggy Albert of Genoa City, WI, Dan Robers (Carol) of Madison, AL, Doug Robers of Stevens Point, WI and Lori Berris (Kevin) of Burlington, WI.. He is also survived by other friends and neighbors who became family, other relatives, and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Catholic School to go towards tuition scholarships or Masses said in Jim's honor at St. Mary's Church in Sycamore, IL are welcome.
