He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Rusk and Helen Rusk; his spouse June Deckert; his sons, Jed and Kent; and his brothers, Gayle, Gordon, Eldon, Chester, Orlan and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his children, Deni Vanderwerff, Andy Rusk (Connie), Kevan Rusk (Connie), Stacy Brinkman (Frank) and Kerry Ludke (Dustin); his grandchildren, Kevan Rusk Jr, Trisha Hopkins (Jeff), Sara Nelson, Rebecca Rusk, Andrew Rusk, Heidi Dahl (Mark), Kimberly Duesing (Nick), Kelli Wolfe (Matt), Michael Brinkman, Kirsten Brinkman, Mitchell Brinkman, Christopher Prott and William Ludke; and his siblings, Danny of Rockford, IL and Barbara Marshall of Texas. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family has suggested memorials be made to Love, Inc or to the American Cancer Society in Honor of June C. Rusk.
