He is survived by: his wife Wendy Mullikin; his stepmother Jane Firkus; his children, Stephanie Firkus and Mathew Henningfield (Maura Melfi); his stepchildren, Shana Hawley (Luke), Trisha Klade and Erik Klade; his grandchildren, Autumn Firkus, Ben Klade, Lyneah Hawley, Marlee Klade and Bellamy Hawley; his sister Brenda Verhagen (Nick); his nephews, Kevin and Paul; and his stepsiblings, Steven Hlavacek (Pat), Denise McMahon (Todd) and Corey Hlavacek (Cyndi). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
