Otter of Burlington, Wisconsin, born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen Kramer; his sons, Kurt Otter (Jeanne) and Brad Otter (Jean); his grandchildren, Rachel McTavish (Todd), Lauren Otter, Lance Otter, Jake Otter (Rachel), Mitch Otter (Mackenzie Schneider), Nick Otter (Lauren) and Grant Otter; his great grandchildren, Presley and Evelyn; his brother Virgil Otter; and his caregiver Holton Manor.
