He is survived by: his wife Susan Proeber; his children, Tim Koch (Jennifer) and Amy Mikeska (Jason); his grandsons, Mason Mikeska and Aaron Koch; his siblings, Raymond Koch (Mary), Joyce Ewing (John), Joan Meier (Mark Lexa) and Keith Koch (Sheri); and his sister-in-law Cynthia Proeber.
