Kretschmer (Burlington, Wisconsin), born in New Munster, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kretschmer and Anna "Louise" Kretschmer; his wife Louise Gedemer; his son Thomas; his siblings, Joseph Kretschmer (Veronica), Arthur Kretschmer and Martha Kretschmer; and his brother-in-law Harold Rossmiller.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Kretschmer (Elizabeth), Ronald Kretschmer (Sandra), Theresa Clapp (Dennis), Kenneth Kretschmer (Johanna), Susan Pink (Tony) and Judith Meyers (Kevin); his grandchildren, David Kretschmer, Matthew Kretschmer, Samantha Kretschmer, Ashley Kretschmer, Jessica Birkholz (Chad), Kristina Paprzyca (Marc), Gabrielle Clapp, Kristin Stroening (Daniel), Brian Kretschmer, Adam Pink, Steven Pink, Lindsey Pink, Jordan Meyers, MacKenzie Meyers and Zachary Meyers; his great grandchildren, Emma Paprzyca, Audrey Paprzyca, Josephine Birkholz, Dylan Birkholz and Madison Stroening; his sister Armella Rossmiller; his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Maller and Barbara Gedemer; and his children, Albert Kretschmer, Henry Kretschmer, Agnes Kerkman (Clem) and Mary Richter (Harold). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Alphonsus Church or the Wheatland Fire Department.
