He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Roth and Ann Roth; his sister Pamela Roberts (Renee); and his daughter Sarah Eve Roth. He is survived by: his daughter Joyann (David Calmes); his grandchildren, Kathleen Byrne (Timm), Keegan Calmes (Kelsey) and Ariana Roth-Aguilar; his great grandchildren, Riley Sievers, Jax and Kash Bryne; his nephew Eric Dulay (Heather); and his niece Rhonda Clark (Dave). He is also survived by many other aunts, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Church of the Nazarene Burlington, WI or any organization honoring Vietnam Veterans in memory of Douglas F. Roth.
