We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Colleen D. Hart of Burlington, Wisconsin, born in Pontiac, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsay Cluckey and Marjorie Cluckey (Wendell); and her brother Todd Cluckey. She is survived by: her husband Jamie Hart; her children, Caleb Pohlabel (Kelli), Jacob Pohlabel, Katie Merges (Brett) and Robert Hart; her grandchildren, Jack, John, Josephine Pohlabel, Nicholas, Andrew Merges and Karson Hart; and her brother Brian Cluckey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association.
