She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas (Frank) and Elsa; her husband James Henry Kerkman; her son-in-law James Urban; her siblings, Eugene Arnold (Betty), Elmer Arnold (Joan), Evelyn Gall (Paul), Dorothy Sarbecker (Red), Eleanor Brook (Howard), Bernice Tomaszewski (Andy) and Mildred Edmonds (Darrell); her brothers-in-law, Marcell Kerkman (Coletta), Francis Kerkman (Evelyn), Leon Kerkman (Rosemary) and Bob Siehoff; her niece Joan Schumacher; and her friend Glen Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Urban (Rich Kuzelka) and James Kerkman (Maria); her grandchildren, Nicole Hawver (Mike Kuney), Brian Hawver (Melissa), Tyler Gwizdek, Susan Loberger (Bruce), Jamie Urban and JP Urban (Becky); her great grandchild Lucas Hawver; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Siehoff and Stanley Kerkman.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials, in honor of Arlene, be made to Hospice Alliance, 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd. Kenosha, WI 53144.
