It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara A. Smith of Buffalo City, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew V. Lelwica and Isabel C. Lelwica (Herek); her brother John Lelwica; and her sister-in-law Mary Lelwica. She is survived by: her husband Gene; her children, Mary Lin Wershofen (Jeff), Vickie Malay (Mark), Beckie Rolbiecki (Mike), Bobbie Gostout (Chris), Amy York (Lloyd), Patsy Yelsa (Dan Fradl) and Eric Smith (Nicki); her grandchildren, Jason, Justin (Emily), Adam Wershofen (Alison), Molly Wershofen-Stockdale (Nathan), Allison Queensland (Jack), Lucas (Hailey), Colin Malay (Alex Lundford), Matt (Heather), Danny, Rolbiecki, Anna Urbick (Mark), Zach, Noah (Elizabeth), Christian Gostout, Katie Techel (Bryan), David Mahlke (Angie), Isabel, Max Yelsa, Drew, Ava and Ethan Smith; her brother Ted Lelwica (Marge); her sister-in-law Marihelen Liegel (Bob); her cousins, Carol Kjos and Mary Ann Empson; and also, Bill and Penny Roskos. She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers it is Barbara's wish to have memorials made to Rollingstone Community School or to the Basilica of St. Stanislaus Kostka.
