He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Phillips and Delores "Susie" Phillips (Carmody); his brother Dennis Phillips; and his brother-in-law Mohammad Ibrahim. He is survived by: his children, Adrian and Ariana Phillips; the mother of his children Adelina Phillips; and his siblings, Christine Ibrahim, Sherrie Korpita (Jim) and James Phillips (Donalee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (221 E Main St, Lena, WI 54139). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
